28. Notice how many gods you reject
Of course, the Bible is unique among Brain's list of
religions. Just take a look at the evidence:
Evidence for God and the Bible. Most people in those other
religions have never seen the evidence for the God of the Bible.
Brain contends that if any one of the religions we find in the world
was true everyone would gravitate toward that one religion. But
examine all his essays and you'll find that he hates God with a
passion. Why else did he do all these essays and write that book?
Brain's work is excellent evidence that some people don't want
anything to do with God. So it is not too surprising that most
non-Christians are content with their false religions.
Another contention of Brain's is that the followers of the one true
religion would also be more blessed than followers of a false
religion. This has actually happened. Western Civilization was
founded on Biblical concepts and the people in Western Civilization
have received more benefits than others. They are much wealthier
than other cultures and live much, much longer than people in other
cultures. Western Civilization has the best art, music, literature,
government and human rights record. Western Civilization developed
science and science has been discovering the true nature of the
universe.
